BORING -- I get asked by clients why I don't post my training sessions, simple and honest answer... They are boring to watch -- Yes, I post videos of me doing weird and wonderful press ups, pull ups and that but I don't do that day in day out, I'm not bloody spider man -- Decent training, that works is boring. It's the same day in day out I lift I press I pull I push I carry I hold I perform bodyweight exercises Nothing to exciting here I'm afraid, I'm not doing upside down 360° with a flip press ups every day, usually just on Fridays -- Why is it boring? Well it's not boring to do, as I enjoy training. But, to watch, it will be. If every decent coach posted their workouts it would just all be the same movements, in a different order and rep ranges -- You don't need to do all these mad exercises you see on these influencers walls, keep it simple These basic exercises have been around for years, because they work Basic push, pull, carry exercises are here to stay. Det finns inga syntetiska ingredienser som rubbar hudens mikrobiella mångfald i dessa produkter. Dessutom ersätter dom även serumet med eklektiska oljor som gynnar hudens goda mikrober och motverkar uppkomsten av patogener (onda mikrober). Or, could you sit on the floor and then stand up just by using your legs or very minimal support? We know that aerobic fitness is important. But, to age healthily, you also need : strength, flexibility, and balance. Sadly, many of us don’t live the healthiest lifestyles we can. No time for exercise? Too busy to eat right? What kind of a toll is it all taking on your health? The big question is how do these factors impact your estimated life expectancy overall? Researchers carried out a 6-year study on over 2,000 males and females over 51. They found that those who struggled to sit on the floor and then pick themselves back up - without using their hands, knees, or forearms - were 5-6 times more likely to die during the 6-year period. However, they also found that any improvement in the movement led to a 21% reduction in mortality! "It is well known that aerobic fitness is strongly related to survival," study author Claudio Gil Soares de Araújo, a professor at Gama Filho University in Rio de Janeiro, has said, "but our study also shows that maintaining high levels of body flexibility, muscle strength, and coordination also has a favourable influence on life expectancy." Without structure it's hard to get things done and you constantly feel as though you have started ten jobs and finished none of them. This mentality can transfer into training and nutrition and eventually we develop bad habits. Eating becomes something we do out of convenience, making choices that aren't particularly beneficial to us in the long term. I'm guilty of picking a microwave meal because cooking seems like too much effort. These decisions can be ok, as long as they don't become routine. Its easy to drop the ball with training and to reschedule a session. You know its a problem when two weeks have passed and it's still being rescheduled! Let me tell you, it doesn't have to be this way! Time management and planning are such important skills to develop. When I started to become stressed with a hectic lifestyle I decided to buy a whiteboard (my clients know how much I love a whiteboard) to pre plan my days the night before - life changing! 🤯 Making appointments with yourself and writing it down makes it far more likely that you'll commit to it. Studies have shown that people who vividly describe or visualise their goals are anywhere from 1.2 to 1.4 times more likely to succeed in achieving them. So write things down damn it! Tu travailles les fessiers 2-3 fois par semaine mais tu ne vois aucun résultat…? 😒🍑 Alors tu fais probablement une ou plusieurs de ces erreurs : ➖ Tu ne manges pas assez 🍽 ma belle, si tu te sous-nourris et que tu n’avales que de la salade, comment veux-tu faire pousser ton booty ? 😭 Mange des gluciiiides please, et même le soir oui oui oui ! Si t’es constamment en déficit calorique, ton corps va utiliser les rares calories que tu lui donnes pour se maintenir en vie, pas pour faire du muscle 🍑 ➖ Tu fais trop de séance fessier ou trop d’exercices par séances 🏋🏼‍♀️ Entraîner tes fessiers tous les jours ne donne pas à ton muscle le temps nécessaire pour récupérer. Si tu penses qu’entraîner ce groupe musculaire 4 à 5 fois par semaine le fera grandir plus vite, tu te trompes. Ton muscle a besoin de repos pour se construire 💤 ➖ Tu sous-estimes la force de ce muscle 💥 Les bandes de résistance c’est sympa pour activer et ressentir le fessier ou même pour augmenter l'intensité d’un exercice.
