Ik heb op dit moment een aantal plekken vrij voor 1 van mij online 1 op 1 coaching programma’s met behulp van de Anouk Fitness app.   Hoe werkt de 1 op 1 online coaching?   Om samen echt het verschil te kunnen gaan maken en jou gewenste resultaten te behalen is het hebben van alleen een goed trainingsschema niet voldoende. Het gaat juist om het samenspel tussen training, voeding en mindset. We werken samen aan de beste versie van jezelf en vinden jou balans in training, voeding en mindset.   Training: Je krijgt een op maat gemaakt trainingsschema gericht op jou doelen welke te volgens is via de Anouk fitness app. Volgens video is duidelijk uitgelegd hoe je een oefening moet uitvoeren, hoeveel reps, sets en rust je moet nemen. In de app kan je je voortgang bijhouden en nog veel meer. Voeding: We gaan samen kijken naar een gezonde levensstijl die past bij jou als persoon en aansluit op jou doelen. Je krijgt dus geen dieet, maar we gaan jou lichaam en eetpatronen leren kennen en kijken naar wat dit nodig heeft en vinden vanuit daar jou balans. Mindset: Je kunt niet verwachten enorme resultaten te gaan boeken als je alleen bereid bent om werk te leveren op de dagen wanneer je gemotiveerd bent. Want geloof me, motivatie komt en gaat. Het gaat dan om het aanpassen van je gedrag en het ontwikkelen van discipline. Dit is makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan, maar ik ga je hier natuurlijk bij helpen.
