Forearm - side plank. โ€ข Elbow directly under shoulder โ€ข Increase the amount of hip openings each time up to 5 โ€ข Keep neck in-line. โ€ข Waist pulled in โ€ข Ribs lifted 2. Lie down - hips stacked โ€ข Leg circles x 10 each direction. โ€ข Stretch the band โ€ข Top leg directly above underneath leg. โ€ข Natural turnout - straight knee. 3. Side Lying Legs โ€ข Stretch the waist & stack the hips - body still. โ€ข Up & down x 10 โ€ข Lift above hip height & back to hip height โ€ข Stretch the leg pressing out through the heel - foot flexed. 4. As above - โ€ข Maintain hip height โ€ข Turn leg in & out in socket X 10 โ€ข Pelvis rock steady & stacked. 5. Circles x 10 each direction - โ€ข Soft point - reach โ€ข Steady pelvis. 6. Consistency and intensity . Regardless of what you are doing, the most important aspects of any workout routine are consistency and intensity. You hav

Consistency and intensity . Regardless of what you are doing, the most important aspects of any workout routine are consistency and intensity. You have to work out consistently, whatever your program is, whether it's 3 days a week 4 days a week or 6 days a week etc. You have to stay consistent in order to get results. Don't make excuses to skip a day, or else you'll skip every day. Then you have to train in an intense manner. This doesn't mean getting a bit of a sweat on and breathing a little faster, it means putting in everything you have on every single rep, every single set, and not stopping until you have worn yourself out completely. And then you keep going. You might recognize that is a theme. . I do a push day, pull day, then a leg day. I try to do some legs or abs on the other days as well, just because these are large, strong muscle groups that can take it, especially since I'm on Carnivore and have almost instantaneous recoveries. Then repeat that cycle. I usually take Sundays off unless I want to do sprints up hills or stairs. When I'm not playing rugby, the cardio that I do is usually just a warm up on the bike, or a longer session on leg days. . This is an ideal scenario, but due to my work schedule it almost never happens. Most of the time I'm lucky to go twice a week. Sometimes I can't work out at all. Sometimes for months. Luke (@lukedoraz ) would not have considered competing in the meet without the suggestion (and slight push) from buddy Tyler. A college student, he trained and prepped throught classes to be ready to rock and roll. His first meet jitters were no match for his strength and hard work. He not only hit an awesome PR on his squat at 418lbs, he was able to nail a few state records as well! How is that for a first meet?! It has been a blast watching Luke transform into the athlete he is today. We are looking forward to seeing more from him in the future.
