One may be close to the arm, While another is far from the arm, So basically, The strings are all over the place starting from the arm , And are of different lengths. This is what Myosin looks like : The strings are the filaments and the Myosin head is the balloons.Its basically a wire running through the length of your muscle. The Mysoin is a Protien. . So how does Muscle grow? When the Muscle is Stimulated By 1.Stress 2.Tension. 3.Damage , There's an adaptive response that occurs where the Protein is synthesized and it's a very specific Protein called Myosin. So the Myosin gets thicker=Ballons get bigger=Thicker Muscles. . @pillybeam trained 3 days per week & put ON 14lbs lean muscle 👀🔥 When James came to me, he was fed up with feeling skinny. He didn't like his reflection and wanted to add some muscle to his frame. He had been in and out of the gym before, chasing the gains but never really seeing any results. Ultimately, this pissed him off & so he gave up ❌ It's incredibly frustrating to do all of the hard work & get nothing in return! I see it all the time. People training 7 times a week, sometimes even twice a day and yet they still don’t see results 🤦🏻‍♂️ Months and years go by feeling like you’ve wasting your time & energy 🙃 Whilst @pillybeam here trained just 3 days a week and managed to: ✅ Get into the best shape of his life🕺🏻 ✅Put ON 14lbs of lean muscle 😮 ✅ Build sky high confidence 🔥 ✅ Get stronger than ever before 💪🏻 Why? Because he followed a fool proof programme that literally guarantees results. What do I mean by fool proof? Some kind of magic programme that only I know of? Nope. Not really. Just careful exercise selection alongside a focus on progression session on session, week on week and month on month. But you see, even then you could train your ass off with the best programme in the world and you STILL won’t see the jaw dropping results you're after. You need to focus on the 165+ hrs per week you’re not in the gym. Nailing your nutrition alongside your training is ultimately what’s going to transform your physique… And there's the magic. It's that simple: 🔥 Nutrition tailored to you + training tailored to you + consistency = guaranteed results And this is exactly what we did here. James adhered to what I gave him, was super consistent with training and nutrition and committed to progressing himself within the gym.
