Can I REALLY eat what I want and still get results? If your goal is to gain weight ASAP, then the answer is SIMPLE yes 🍟 On the other hand, if your goal is to maintain or even lose weight, then you need to look a little deeper to this approach: 🔥 Calories in: Requirements per day for your particular weight goal 🔥NEAT: calories out not through exercise 🔥 BMR: calories burned at rest (individual dependent) Flexible dieting is a simple dietary approach. Like it sounds, the person is able to enjoy life, eat some of the things you like, while making progress. Think of your macros as a weekly target. If you're someone with a higher Total calories for your target goal you may be able lose weight on a greater amount of calories, you'll have a bigger buffer as you can eat more calories. On the other hand, If you're someone with a reduced calorie intake then to lose weight you may need to eat less calories. It is still important that the majority of calories come from whole foods as micronutrients and fibre are important. Try an 80/20 split with 80% whole foods and 20% of what you like. Denna veckan är det min tur att ta över MRPTs instagram! 😃 Madde heter jag och jag är inne på mitt fjärde år som personlig tränare och gruppträningsinstruktör på MRPT Studios. I dagsläget har jag en kombinerad tjänst på gymmet och på PB Bygg som tillsammans utgör en heltidstjänst. Utöver det kör jag danskurser i mitt egna företag, gör lite koreografjobb och försöker även klämma in några massager i veckan då jag även har utbildat mig till diplomerad massör. Så det är fullt upp! Jag älskar att röra på mig och testa nya saker och träningsformer. Det jag framför allt har hållit på med under åren är gymnastik, fotboll, dans, thaiboxning och olika typer av gymträning. Eftersom jag själv mår som allra bäst när jag får träna och röra på mig vill jag försöka inspirera andra att göra och känna samma sak!
