Substantial improvement in my strength from the same workout over one week ago. The most time during the work out was waiting for equipment… I probably would’ve got it done at least three or four minutes sooner. I did one warm-up set on the incline presses and that was it for warm-up for the entire workout. I literally walked into the gym and started right away with no stretching and warm-up. keep in mind this is low force high intensity exercise… Which means every single rap is done very slowly and deliberately with no jerking of the weight so the first three or four groups of one set really serves as a warm-up. This makes my workouts extremely efficient. this works excellent for the amount of time that I wanna devote to working out… Even if I had more time to spend in the gym… I wouldn’t change much because I feel this is the most productive way to train the body.
