A delicious meal that looks complicated but is so simple to make. I always get all my ingredients together first so it’s just dump and cook pretty much. Aloo Gobi 2 medium potatoes diced 1 small of 1/2 large cauliflower cut up 1 medium onion 1 inch knob ginger minced 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 Tsp cumin 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or less if you don’t like it spicy) 2tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp salt Few turns of black pepper 1 can diced tomatoes with juice 1/2 cup veggie broth Add onions garlic and ginger to a hot non stick pan and dry sauté about 2 minutes until onions begin to soften a bit. Then add coriander, cumin, red pepper flakes if using, garam masala and turmeric and stir around to incorporate. Allow to cook a minute to release its fragrances. Lower flame to medium low and add the diced tomatoes and allow to cook down a bit - about 2 minutes. Add veggie broth, salt, pepper, maple syrup and potatoes. Stir, cover and cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes or until potatoes are half cooked. Add cauliflower, stir and cover again. Cook until cauliflower and potatoes are fully cooked. Las elegí según su valor nutricional, ingredientes, así como variedad en precios. Es importante no casarnos con las marcas si no aprender a elegir según su calidad. Características a tomar en cuenta: • Preferir los que no contengan azúcar añadida (incluyendo jarabe de maíz de alta fructosa) • Evitar los que contengan JMAF, grasas trans, grasas hidrogenadas y glutamato monosodico • Siempre es importante leer los ingredientes (Elige los que tengan menos) Espero que les sirvan este tipo de post.
