Couscous, Aubergine und Feta sind dabei die Hauptdarsteller 🤤 ❗️Rezept zum Abspeichern 📌 (für 2 kleinere bis mittelgroße Kürbisse): 🎃 2 Hokkaido-Kürbisse 🍚 150g Couscous 🍆 1 Aubergine 🍑 100g Trockenfrüchte (z.B. Pflaumen) 🍯 2 TL Honig 🍋 Saft 1/2 Limette 🫒 4 EL Olivenöl 🌿 1 TL Zimt, 2 TL Ras El Hanout, 1 TL Kreuzkümmel, 1 TL Chilipulver, 1 TL Cayennepfeffer, 2 TL Salz 🌿 3 Zweige frische Minze 🌿 1/2 Bund Petersilie 🥕 500ml Gemüsebrühe 🧅 1 Zwiebel, fein gehackt 🧄 2 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt 🧀 200g zerbröckelter Feta 🥜 50g geröstete Pinienkerne 1️⃣ Ofen auf 180 C vorheizen, Kürbisse in eine Auflaufform stellen und 1/3 der Brühe dazugießen und für 25 Minuten garen 2️⃣ Für die Füllung die restliche Brühe mit dem Kreuzkümmel und dem Zimt aufkochen und über den Couscous gießen, 10 Minuten ziehen lassen 3️⃣ Die Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in 2 EL Olivenöl andünsten und zusammen mit dem Feta, den Pinienkernen und 1EL Honig unter den Couscous mischen 4️⃣ Petersilie, Trockenfrüchte und Minze klein schneiden und unter den Couscous mischen, mit Salz abschmecken 5️⃣ Kürbisse aus dem Ofen nehmen, das obere Drittel abschneiden, aushöhlen und mit dem Couscous-Mix füllen, Deckel aufsetzen 6️⃣ 3 EL Olivenöl mit Limettensaft und 1 EL Honig verrühren und über die Kürbisse träufeln, nochmals 30 Minuten backen ⏯ Mit einem Jogurt-Minze-Dip genießen 😌 #kürbisrezept #gefüllterkürbis #pumkinrecipes #filledpumpkin #schnellerezepte #schnelleküche #gesunderezepte #healthyrecipes #vegetarischerezepte #vegetarischeküche

Chronic stress can lead to spiked cortisol levels which can lead to inflammation, bloating and gut health issues if we don’t pay attention. So we want you to take a step back and take a look at your day to day. How are you spending your time? How can we reduce stress in the work space? How can we create better boundaries? How can we say “no” to what drains us and “yes” to what refreshes us more? More times than not, in a hyper stressed state the answer is more self care and slowing down in order to bring your body back to homeostasis. A hard pill for a lot of us to swallow in a very go go go world 🌎 So here’s your permission from us. Prioritize self care/slowing down once you punch out of work. Remove commitments off your calendar that drain you. Find time for YOU each day. And listen to your body. Zaalouk d’haricots verts Ingrédients (4 Portions) La remoulade * 4 gousses d’ail * 1 bouquet de persil et de coriandre * 400g d’haricots verts * 1 c à café de paprika * 1 c à café de cumin * 1 pincée de piment * Le jus d’1/2 citron * 20g d’huile d’olive * Sel * 100g d’eau Préparation Mettre l’ail et le bouquet de persil et de coriandre dans le bol du thermomix puis hacher 5 sec/Vit. 5. Racler les parois du bol à l’aide de la spatule. Ajouter les haricots verts équeutés puis mixer 3sec/Vit.7. Ajouter le paprika, le cumin, le piment, le jus du citron, l’huile d’olive, l’eau et le sel puis cuire 20min/120°C/sens inverse/Vit. Mijotage. Servir en accompagnement ou avec du pain.

I made my mahi mahi with an avocado lime cilantro crema again and this time I took a picture!! It was so good and I made shredded brussel sprouts on the side (I’m low-carb rn and it’s so hardddd but I’m trying to make yummy dinners to make up for it) This was super easy to make and under 20 min! Ingredients for 2: 2 pieces of mahi mahi 1 package of brussel sprouts Spices: Salt & pepper Paprika Cumin Garlic powder Onion powder Cayenne pepper Crema: 1 avocado Handful of cilantro 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup water 1 tsp salt Juice of 1 lime 1. Shred your brussel sprouts! 2. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add your brussel sprouts and spices. Cook until browned or for 10ish minutes. 3. Season your fish and bake (I put mine in the air fryer at 390 for 9 min). 4. Blend your crema ingredients until smooth. 5. Plate brussel sprouts and fish and top with crema. Daddy’s pasta recipe: -Pasta -Leftover Chicken -Broccoli -1 TBSP Butter -1 TBSP Flour -1 Cup Milk -Handful Grated Cheese Method: 1. Boil pasta & broccoli until cooked 2. Set aside to drain 3. Add butter in pan until melted then add in flour to make a roux, keep mixing together until flour is cooked off (a few minutes) 4. Add milk bit by bit while whisking until all milk is added and you have a smooth sauce 5. Let sauce thicken slightly then add cheese 6. Healthy Shrimp & Fried Rice Stir Fry 🍤 Under 350 cals per serving and 40g protein!! 💪 INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs thawed shrimp Garlic salt, to taste (about 1 tsp) Pepper, to taste (about 1 tsp) Red pepper flakes, to taste (I like a lot!) 1 tsp minced garlic 2 cups cooked jasmine rice 3 tsp sesame seed oil 1 12 oz. pkg frozen veggies of choice (peas & carrots or mix of peas, carrots, corn, & green beans) 4 eggs 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos), plus more for topping Spicy Mayo, for topping (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Season your shrimp with garlic salt, pepper, and red chili flakes to taste. 2. Heat up a large pan or wok over medium heat (I used a @hexclad hybrid wok). Add your shrimp and cook until fully cooked through, about 7 minutes. Set aside. 3. Heat up the sesame oil in your large pan or wok. 4. Add the cooked jasmine rice in your wok. Cook for about 5 minutes to crisp up the rice. 5. Add in your frozen peas & carrots. Toss for another 4 minutes or until the veggies are no longer frozen. 5. Push the rice towards the edges of the pan so that you create a divot in the middle. Crack the four eggs in the middle and scramble. Once the eggs are scrambled, incorporate into the rest of the rice mixture. Turn off the heat. 7. Add the soy sauce to your rice and mix until fully combined. Mix in the cooked shrimp. 8. Serve and enjoy! Top with additional soy sauce and/or spicy mayo if desired! I made my own spicy mayo by using a light mayo and sriracha 🙂 You can also do Greek yogurt! In a slow cooker place chicken, cream cheese, and Ranch seasoning. 2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until chicken shreds easily. 3.
