Ideal para tus reuniones 🥖 Ingredientes: 10 gr de leche en polvo 500 gr de harina GREAT 10 gr de sal 2 huevos 100 gr de mantequilla 5 gr de levadura seca 175 ml de agua 25 gr de azúcar 180 gr de queso crema 100 gr de ajonjolí negro 50 gr de ajonjolí Elaboración: 1.- Agrega harina GREAT y levadura a la batidora, mezcla un poco y después incorpora azúcar, sal, leche en polvo, mantequilla, huevo y un poco de agua. 2.- Amasa a velocidad media y checa la consistencia. 3.- Saca la masa de la batidora y bolea un poco 4.- Agrega un poco de harina en un bowl y deja reposar por 15 minutos, o hasta que doble su tamaño 5.- Para el relleno de queso: haz bolitas de 10 g de queso y cúbrelas con ajonjolí negro, colócalas en un plato y mételas al refrigerador por 5 minutos 6.- Retira la masa y divídela en 5 partes iguales. Déjalas sobre la harina para que no se peguen. 7.- Extiende las orillas del bollo, pon la bolita de queso al centro y cubre con las orillas. 8.- Voltea el bollito de masa y hazlo bola otra vez para que se encapsule el queso. 9.- Precalienta el horno a 200 °C. 10.- Añade un poco de grasa a una charola para horno y coloca los bollos separados uno del otro para que fermenten. ❕Trigger Point Tuesday❕ Trigger points remain largely mysterious, however what we do know is that they are small areas of soft tissue tension which can cause pain in the located area, or can refer pain to a different area of the body. Physiotherapy can help identify and treat the trigger points, however more importantly, can identify the underlying body mechanics which may be the root cause of these trigger points. Soft tissue Trigger point therapy involves applying sustained pressure to temporarily cut off circulation to the tissue. This increases a chemical called nitric oxide in the tissue, signaling the body to open up micro-capillaries, increasing blood flow and breaking the pain-spasm-pain cycle. Years ago, when I first started running I did it to impress my boyfriend-now husband. (It must’ve worked 😂😂😂) ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But in all seriousness, I also ran because I hated the way I looked, had super low self esteem, no confidence and was scared to death of gaining weight. My life was consumed by food. Barely eating enough to get through my days and terrified about when I’d have to eat in front of people. Sound awful?! That’s because it was. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The problem is that so many of us live like this (and think it’s normal). Somehow we get this idea in our heads that skinny = beautiful and we think that we have to starve ourselves to love ourselves. Just pick up any women’s “health” magazine and you’ll find articles on how to “love yourself at any size” then flip a few pages to the next article that tells you how to “lose 15lbs in 7 days”. It’s confusing as f*%! and it’s no wonder why we’re constantly jumping from one fad diet to the next. Always on the hunt for that “perfect diet” that’s finally going to make us love our bodies. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One thing I wish I would’ve learned sooner is we were made for so much more than stressing and obsessing about food. You are amazing and beautiful and strong and smart. The size of your pants does not indicate how healthy you are. Skinny DOES NOT automatically mean healthy. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If this sounds like you, I see you. I wish I could give you a big huge hug. But since I can’t, I’ll just keep showing up and reminding you that it doesn’t have to be like this. You don’t have to feel like this.
