Todo mundo tem um começo! Na foto da esquerda tinha 18 anos ( 2015 ) e a da direta com 25 anos ( 2021 ) . Na foto da esquerda tinha acabado de começar a treinar, treinando mais ou menos em questão de conhecimento e comendo o que eu achava que tinha que comer ( mais ou menos tbm 😅) porém já estava me apaixonando por esse estilo de vida e logo depois conheci meu grande brother/treinador até hoje @vbenatti que viu um potencial grande em mim e também muita dedicação, só tenho a agradecer por tudo, porque literalmente ele fez um trampo do 0 até hoje e a minha gratidão é eterna ! I fell asleep early, so I made it a morning workout instead. Best way to start the week, leg day: Low Bar Squat Good Morning Reverse Nordic Curl Standing Calf Raise Hip Abduction V-Up Squat programmed for 3 sets of 6 @ 75%, for me that works out to 290lbs. Good leg day, nice to get it out of the way first thing in the morning, I forgot how fasted workouts hit! You’ll look more feminine with muscle from weights, than what any cardio will do for you. Yes it’s going to take years to build, and a lot of hard work. But it’s worth it when you feel strong, confident and athletic! Oh and it’s fun too😬 Transforming your body is not an overnight process, and it doesn’t happen in 8 weeks either. Which is WHY you gotta INVEST in long term Coaching. How many short term programs have you done and not gotten the results you wanted? Would you prefer to spend small amounts of money, but lots and lots of time, AND STILL be yo-yo-ing with your weight? OR, spend a larger amount of money, ONCE and be able to get the results you want NOW and FOREVER? The key to success isn’t cutting corners-jumping from program to program. It’s actually about education, patience, time and most importantly consistency, for long periods of time. Hence why I recommend a more sustainable approach. Stop going in circles Fam. Get a Coach.
