Las recomendaciones de ejercicio para mejorar la salud se han centrado tradicionalmente en el ejercicio de resistencia (cardiorrespiratorio). Sin embargo, el Entrenamiento de Fuerza (EF) también es beneficioso para la población general. Además de mejorar la fuerza, la actividad física regular se asocia con un riesgo reducido de enfermedad cardiovascular, diabetes tipo II, ciertos tipos de cáncer y otras enfermedades crónicas. También es particularmente beneficioso para los adultos mayores. Beneficios sistémicos Durante EF, el músculo esquelético (órgano endocrino) libera citocinas y otros péptidos derivados de la fibra muscular, denominados colectivamente "miocinas". La liberación de miocinas, parece afectar positivamente a otros tejidos y órganos, como el hígado y el cerebro. Además, podrían proporcionar efectos beneficiosos para la salud al regular la regeneración del músculo esquelético y mejorar la absorción de glucosa y la oxidación de grasas. I always prep my clients to make sure they prepare their week w/ the following so they can have a SUCCESSFUL WEEK, leading to GREAT RESULTS for check ins: 🔹Go grocery shopping during the weekend so you can take Sat or Sunday to prep your meals if you know you will have a busy week. 🔹Manage your time! Plan your training/cardio into your work/school schedule in advance so you have it on your schedule and aren’t stressing out on when you can complete it. 🔹STICK TO THE PLAN. Hold yourself accountable and remind yourself you have check ins at the end of the week so try not to deviate from the plan. 🔹Communicate! If you have a special event or work event during the week communicate with your coach so they can plan in advance for it.

Eu, por exemplo, me exercito em casa e AMO! 💖​​​​​​​​ Outros dias, quando não tiver tempo para ir malhar, suba de escada em vez de usar o elevador ou desça do ônibus ou metrô um ponto antes e caminhe o resto do percurso. ​​​​​​​​ Acontece! Vai ter dia que você vai se exercitar muito pouco e mal levantar da cadeira. 🤷🏻‍♀️​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Tente sempre preparar as refeições com antecedência para não ter surpresas e acabar com a opção “menos pior”. Tenha lanches na mesa, no carro, na bolsa… planeje suas refeições no fim de semana ou quando você tem mais tempo livre, vai ver o quanto de tempo isso te poupa ao longo da semana! ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ A verdade é: nem sempre você vai ter tempo, energia ou possibilidade de ser “fitness" 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, e tá tudo bem! ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ O que você não pode é usar isso como motivo para não focar na sua saúde e no seu corpo! ❌❌❌​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ 👉 Sua vida é diferente do que a maioria das pessoas mostra na internet. ​​​​​​​​ A chave é se concentrar no que você pode fazer. Confidence doesn’t come easy! And it may be a shock to some of you but most of my life I’ve been extremely insecure. I felt as though I wasn’t smart enough, I wasn’t pretty enough, I wasn’t skinny enough, I wasn’t fit enough, I wasn’t worthy enough. I still struggle with some of these insecurities at times but as I’m getting older they’re definitely less frequent. When I first started working out I strictly worked out from home and I actually refused to go to a gym because I was petrified. I was afraid everyone was going to stare at me. I was afraid that everyone was going to critique me or make fun of me. I’d never used a piece of equipment in my life and had no clue what I was doing. It was scary as shit. But you know what? I did it and as nerve wrecking as it was the moment I walked in to sign up my confidence instantly increased. I was welcomed with open arms and no one made fun of me…again confidence boost. People definitely stared but not because I looked funny or I was doing things wrong. But only because I was new to them. The more I went the less people noticed and the more friends I made…confidence rose to new heights. By going outside of my comfort zone I grew to new levels of fitness and health I had no idea were possible. I made life long friends and was part of a community. It gave me continuous confidence to show others what I have gone through, what I am still going through and inspiring them to change. Confidence needs to be created, it’s not something you inherently have. We all have doubts, we all fear failure. Do the things that make you happy, do the things that scare you, take baby steps towards your goals, acknowledge the success you’ve seen. Gaining confidence is going to carry over to all areas of life from health, work, relationships etc and it’s darn contagious. It’s knowing in your heart that no matter what the situation or the outcome you’re gonna be able to learn from and overcome it. This is for all those who are afraid to go to the gym, for those who are afraid to be judged, those who feel they aren’t enough or for those who too lack confidence.

🍪COOKIES CHOCOCHIPS🍪 receta para GUARDAR 🖇 Si, para los fans del chocolate, galletitas de chocolate, con chips de chocolate 🤭 porque nunca es demasiado chocolate (?) 🤣 Súper fáciles y mega ricas, asique espero que te animes 🥰 🍪Ingredientes: (12 unidades) 🔹Harina de avena 1/2 taza 🔹almidón de maíz ½ taza 🔹1 Huevo 🔹agua 1-2 cdas 🔹3 cdas de aceite de coco @almacen.desalud 🔹vainilla 🔹2 barras de chocolate amargo @almacen.desalud 🔹2 cdas de cacao amargo en polvo @almacen.desalud 🔹1 cdita de polvo de hornear 🔹stevia 2 cda o 6-7 sobres 🔹extracto de vainilla c/n. 🍪Procedimiento 🔹Colocar huevo + edulcorante + aceite + extracto de vainilla, mezclar. adicionar harina + almidón de maíz + polvo de hornear + cacao amargo 🔹integrar bien hasta ir formando la masa (si falta harina o agua puedo agregar). 🔹Reposar en heladera 10 minutos 🔹Esparcir rocío vegetal sobre una bandeja para horno 🔹Formar las galletitas con la mano o con cortante (estirando masa en mesada enharinada) y agregá el chocolate picado 🔹Cocinar a horno entre bajo y moderado por 10-15 minutos aproximadamente.
