⁉️ So what do you do when you just don’t feel like yourself?! 👉🏼 Fake it 👉🏼 Shut others out 👉🏼 Quickly allow the stress to overcome you OR .. 🙌🏼 Pay attention to what’s happening 🙌🏼 Think about the root cause 🙌🏼 Figure out a plan to find yourself again Over the past few months I have been battling everything that’s listed above. It is so easy to shut down and hide. Even knowing that is the last thing I want to do. When I get past all the brain fog and emotional breakdowns (and yes there’s been quite a few) I can clearly think about what is going on in my body, think back to when it’s happened before and relate the commonality’s. For me, the final result was getting to my dr for bloodwork, with no surprise, my thyroid levels again are imbalanced. This time hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s Disease. An autoimmune disease attacking my thyroid preventing it to work properly. If you’re familiar with autoimmune diseases in general 🦠.. they suck!! This picture is a few days ago, one of the first days in months I’ve had the energy to workout again. There were days it took all my energy to get through the day (including today) The bright light ☀️ .. seriously researching Hashimoto’s as an autoimmune disease and also learning the foods and other ways like working out and proper sleep, that are going to best support me, my mind and my body. AND doing things when I feel good enough to do them BUT ALSO resting when I need to! So here we start .. taking back control and beginning an anti inflammatory diet for 8 weeks! In 7 weeks I have a follow up with my Dr and we have it’s to talk about!‼️🤍 #takebackcontrol #autoimmunedisease #hashimotosdisease #ibelieveinme #iwillhaveitall #eatclean #antiinflammatorydiet

I touch paint that’s still wet just to see if it’s dry, I open the oven door when I’m baking a cake because I just want to see if it’s done (even though the time isn’t up) and evidently I pick watermelons before they’re ripe…even though it’s way too soon and I’m sure they’re not ripe. I can’t help myself. Today's Lunch at Work: Nasi Putih, Ayam Gulai Nanas (dimasak oleh saya sendiri tadi Subuh, khusus untuk makan siang saya), Sayur Bayam Jepang Organik Segar, Ketimun Segar, dan ISHO Juice rasa jeruk dan nanas (untuk detox darah, hati, dan usus besar). Yeay! Sebenarnya harusnya saya tidak makan nasi putih karena ada protein hewani (food combining). Tapi karena ini Ayam Gulai Nanas yang sudah lamaaaaa sekali saya tidak makan dan ini menu resep kecintaan kami sekeluarga yang dimasak oleh Mama, rasanya koq ya tidak bisa dimakan tanpa nasi putih. Karenanya saya tambahkan dua jenis sayuran segar tanpa dimasak dengan porsi banyak supaya enzim mereka yang berlimpah tetap bisa bermanfaat untuk sel-sel tubuh saya. Aamiin. Dan ini pertama kali saya beli dan coba Sayur Bayam Jepang Organik. Kemarin saya memakannya dengan mencelupnya 10 detik ke air panas. Rasanya enak. Dan hari ini saya memakannya mentah tanpa diproses sama sekali. Rasanya tetap enak, insya Allah dengan nutrisi dan enzim yang pasti jauh lebih banyak daripada diproses masak. Aamiin.
