Hand and knee push & pull and feel the traction up. 2.Side by side - side core Keep the knee aligne. Rooted the shoulder. 3.Tailbone lift-lower abs Make sure the leg go up vertically instead of reaching to your head direction. 4.Roll over-upper core Try to maintain leg horizontal to the floor when roll over. Fit Women’s Weekly Live - Arms Wednesday & Squats Coaching ✅ (12.8.21) Today’s workout should have been called arms AND core Wednesday because about half the workout was core and for me that was almost harder than the upper body stuff 😩 I keep hoping someday core will get easier 🤷🏼‍♀️ For upper body we did sort of a drop set style, starting with heavy weights (or hardest pushups) and ending with negatives. For shoulder press I was able to do 8 reps with 2x20lbs (all strict). And I was able to do the 8 hardest pushups on my toes 💪🏻 Followed it with today’s squat session - 85lbs and 90lbs for back squats and 65lbs for front squats. I was pleasantly surprised how good the front squats felt and next time I can definitely go a little heavier.
