Start with our one month startup membership and then take advantage of one of our three memberships for 2022. What is a live online fitness Burnout? It is a 30 to 45 minute live online HITT workout from the comfort of your home or anywhere you have a good internet connection. Each class is focused on full body with a balance of cardio and weight training that will raise your pulse to the xtreme. Classes are 30 minutes long with an optional 5-to-15-minute bonus challenge. You can choose to do 30 minutes or stay on for the bonus challenge. There are over 50 live online classes a month to choose from. Having your cameras on is optional but better if you do. Weights are optional but help make the workout a bit more intense. We also offer a grown library of pre-recorded workouts via our app for the days you can't make one of our live classes. “I regret doing that kick-ass workout” — said no one ever. 😜 I’ve been eyeing @cassolholm’s new Elite Full Body Performance session for a few days, & finally built up the courage to give it a try this afternoon. 😬 As expected with most HIS workouts, it was incredibly intense… but awesome. These sessions are such a great challenge for endurance, strength, & most importantly, a strong mindset. 💪🏻 I took *at least* 4-5 breaks during some of the exercises (looking at you, lateral over DB burpees 🤨), BUT I didn’t cut corners or quit. Instead, I caught my breath just enough, gave myself a mini pep talk (which usually includes something like, “come on, only 5 reps left!”), & got it done. #HoningInForTheHolidays baby! 🎁💪🏼 Little shoulder action with a sprinkle of hamstring work. Solid, simple workout you can do in any apartment gym, regular gym, or at home with something heavy to hold. 1️⃣ Squat into shoulder press 🔑 is to keep elbows in front or at 45 degrees so you target the front delt (shoulder muscle). Use your momentum to keep the pace without letting it takeover the work for the press ☝🏼 2️⃣ Lateral raise 🔑 keep pinky’s up and make sure your wrists are in line with your forearms (if it’s too hard to keep them from bending, use lighter weight 🙃) Raise your hand if you’re on team #makelightweightfeelheavy 🙋🏻‍♀️ 3️⃣ Bent-over row 🔑 keep a flat back, elbows out from the body, + really think about lifting from your elbows-- I swear, your rear delts will feel that 🔥 4️⃣ Single-leg hamstring bridge 🔑 using a wall for this ensures stability throughout the movement so you can really focus on the eccentric (going down) portion of the movement and don’t worry, bodyweight can still be challenging! As for reps… the freedom is all yours! Go heavy for a range of 5-8 or go lighter with a range of 12-15, the choice is yours. I tried this as a circuit (each exercise back-to-back) for 4 rounds and was POOPED 😮‍💨👌🏼 Also, this is the first workout ever that I’ve posted and hopefully will be the start of many more 😊 so lmk if you try it!

Slim , thick ,thin , straight no matter what you look like we want you to FEEL 😍😍😍(easier said than done) Throughout my career and working with multi different clients from around the world , every women has had a different opinion on themselves & how they are comfortable with their bodies along with how they feel other people look at them . Many women deal with body dysmorphic disorder , this is where if you worry a lot about how a specific part of your body looks it affects your daily life. I most definitely have gone through this phase , Even with modelling .. some brands would want me to look a certain way , I have literally rejected contracts that have stated I need to maintain a certain weight or I would be sued ME SUED FOR MY BODY FRIKIN CHANGING 😂 Can u imagine?! I just wanted to share , to me personally being thiccc and curvy is how I feel the most confident and whenever i have lost muscle or weight it is due to an illness or situations related to stress . I have had people telling me ‘ oh what’s wrong you’ve lost weight ‘ ‘You don’t look like yourself no more ‘ ‘Your better thicker ‘ ‘OMG You look ill ‘ But then other ppl saying You look better slimmer U need to lose a bit more weight Oh my fave one ‘ YOUR BOOBS NEED TO MATCH YOUR ARSE’ I will never forget this ( coming from an absolute stranger at a bar ) Sometime this comes from people closest to me who have no idea of my triggers or do not have any means to upset me .. What I’m trying to say please just be more mindful and spread more awareness of NOT COMPLIMENTING PPL ON THEIR APPEARANCE! BodyUpWomen has been birthed for a reason ! A brand all about confidence!
