WHAT IS BULKING AND WHY AM I DOING IT? ⬇️ Bulking is when you eat in a caloric surplus (more than your maintenance calories) to incrementally increase in weight overtime. It is essential that you eat clean, nutrient dense foods in order to prioritize muscle gain over fat gain. Of course with weight gain comes a bit of fat gain, but eating wholesome foods can help A TON. So why did I decide to bulk? I get asked this question by a lot of my friends and family. My answer to them is that I genuinely wanted to grow stronger in the gym and build more muscle. I was happy with my body then, and I’m even happier with my body now. I was actually scared to go into a bulk initially because I thought I would get fat or look unhealthy. I’ve learned that the number on the scale doesn’t matter as much compared to how I look and feel. Here I am 9 months into bulking and feeling better than ever. ⬆️ 12 lbs compared to this first pic and I’m pretty damn proud of that. Frame não podemos controlar isso é genético e só alguns tem vantagem nesse quesito porém condicionamento é algo que se não estiver no ponto a culpa é exclusivamente SUA e de mais ninguém, quanto mais tempo de dieta sem errar mais seco você chega... posso dizer que consegui atingir um condicionamento de palco, obviamente que nem só de condicionamento é feito um fisiculturista, tem o volume muscular, linhas, simetria e proporção. Ao assistir esse video repetidas vezes eu fico muito muito muito feliz de ver essa cara sugada, pálida com a pintura no corpo ahahahah, bizarro né!?
