Specifically, “the flabby part of the arm that jiggles. I want that sh!t tight” If you ever hear me saying ham hock, she coined the term to describe her arms prior to training with heavier weights following my programming. Although that sh!ts now tight (so tight that she’s had to donate a good portion of her fashion wardrobe), she’s far from done! Her fitness journey continues as she strives to be as annoyingly awesome as Alicia Vikander, whom does one handed pull ups and eats raspberries for treats to prep for raiding tombs. It’s a hard principle/idea to grow and mature because of numerous things but the number one thing that keeps self belief at it’s lowest is FEAR. Fear. Self Doubt. Negative Thoughts. Keeps all of us away from our true potential. It’s hard to over come. As I struggle with this concept I always look for new strategies and new techniques to combat that negative critique within us. Saiba sempre diferenciar o difícil do trabalhoso, você terá sim que depositar trampo e tempo no projeto, mas não é difícil. Happily down 33 pounds! I am fighting through a lot of mental and physical pain and am immensely proud of myself. Calories are at 2300, with daily protein at about 220, carbs around 200. Unfortunately, sodium continues to be an issue but I need to work on that. Lifting around four days a week, with legs being the only two day I ever do. I wanted to highlight the progress in a non regular red shirt.
