For the full Series, please see posts scheduled at 7:15am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, and 8pm today. 😳 Sometimes we further complicate the situation by creating reasons and blame. 👉 We explain to ourselves a reason/s to make sense of what is happening. 🤔💭 It MUST be because of '...fill in this space...' ➰ We then redirect the upset and break-down into this direction. 😬 And can further complicate the situation. 👀 People can be quick to blame when they lose power. 💥 It defers the upset to another source and shifts away responsibility to resolve the situation. This in turn deepens the victimisation and usually gains sympathy. ⭐ If we 'own' our stress about our stress, and interrupt the story about 'should,' we can bring acceptance to our stress responses and remove resistance. ⭐ We can accept that our stress is a natural response designed by our body for our survival. ⭐ We can even thank and appreciate our stress response for its diligence in keeping us alive. 💯 Want a bonus level impact? 💛 Let your stress reaction know that you love and appreciate its dedicated commitment to your survival. 💛 Pour your love into your bodies reactions. 💛 Pour your love into your thoughts and feelings. 💛 Fill your reactions with love and appreciation. 💛 Be grateful that you have a strong survival response that keeps you alive. 💛💬 For added impact - say all of this out LOUD. 😱 When we make something wrong, we are resisting that something, which in turn creates victimisation. 💯 To regain our power, let's stop resisting our stress and stop making it wrong. Den Unterschied könnt ihr in der Bilderreihe sehen und nachlesen 🤓 Welche Unterscheidungen gibt es noch❓ Bei Angststörungen unterscheidet man zwischen zwei Gruppen: Gerichtet und ungerichtet 1️⃣Angst in bestimmten Situationen oder vor gewissen Dingen: Dazu gehören die soziale Phobie (Angst vor anderen Menschen), die spezifische oder einfache Phobie (Angst vor Hunden, Spinnen, Spritzen, Flugangst, Höhenangst, Prüfungsangst, etc.), die Agora Phobie (Angst vor Menschenmengen wie überfüllte Kaufhäuser, Kinos, Restaurants etc.) oder die Hypochondrie (Angst vor Krankheiten). 2️⃣Angst, die nicht im Zusammenhang mit äußeren Auslösern steht: Zu dieser Gruppe zählen Panikstörungen/Panikattacken (plötzliche, unerklärliche Angstanfälle, bei denen akute körperliche Symptome im Vordergrund stehen) und die generalisierte Angststörung (unrealistische oder übertriebene Sorgen und Ängste, die oft im Zusammenhang mit Arbeit, Finanzen, Beziehungen, Ehe, etc. stehen. mit ständiger Nervosität und Anspannung sowie körperliche Begleitbeschwerden). Zum Beispiel entspringen die Angst vor Spinnen oder Angst im Fahrstuhl in der Regel zwar einer konkreten Situation, aber stellen dabei keine reale Bedrohung dar. 🤒Die Angst wird meist von körperlichen Reaktionen begleitet. Häufig sind Schweißausbruch, Zittern, Muskelverspannung, Bauchschmerzen, Herzschmerzen, Atmungsstörungen, oder Durchfall . ⚡Menschen mit Angststörungen versuchen häufig, die angstauslösenden Situationen zu vermeiden, was den Lebensalltag stark einschränken kann. Den Betroffenen ist meistens zwar bewusst, dass ihre Angst unbegründet oder übertrieben ist, sie können diese dennoch nicht überwinden. Ahhhhh ……. 😊 My organised (but still disorganised) seeds have been bugging me for so long!! 😫 I’d feel internally anxious every time I looked at them. This afternoon I decided to sit done and sort it out once and for all. I wish I’d taken a before pic with all the seeds spilling out,but this is what they were in, falling out everywhere and I there was definitely no way I could close it up! I can breathe a sigh of happiness and relief now that my veggie seeds are all sorted with some kind of order. 😅 Such a weight off my heart and mind (I know, first work problems! 🙇🏻‍♀️) A smile on my face once again.
