Hump day brought to you by hump day👀 w/a sprinkle of abs🔥 Wasn’t gonna post this because I thought it was too late in the day but this workout was way too fire not to share…hopefully someone will see it and like it (by like it I mean like actually do it😂) Anywayyyy woke up to an email saying my quiz was canceled which I was kinda salty about then it was said it wasn’t canceled then it got moved to a take home quiz due tomorrow then it was due Friday now it’s due Monday…like wut?? It was just a lot😂 Sooooo between stressing about that and finals coming up, I was a little preoccupied. Still made it a #wellnesswednesday priority to give myself an 1 1/2 hours to clean dances, improv, and work on some tricks!!! If you saw my story then you know what’s up! I think I can do it. 🏋️‍♀️30 MIN WORKOUT🏋️‍♀️ Out of the 24 hours in a day, just give us 30 minutes of your time! This workout will have you dripping in sweat by the time you’re done. Think about it. How many times have you thought that you just don’t have enough time to workout? Probably a lot. We all do it to some extent, we are all busy with our own personal life: work, family, and social life. But choosing YOU for 30 minutes will be the best thing that you can ever do for yourself. This is an EMOM workout (Every Minute on the Minute) which means that every minute you will begin the next exercise in the sequence. If you finish the exercise before the minute is up, the rest of the minute is your time to rest before the next minute begins. Here is the workout: 5 rounds: 🔴 15 (each leg) Step Ups 🔴 30 Squats (with weight or body weight) 🔴 10 Push ups (or modified push ups) 🔴 20 Crunches 🔴 30 sec Plank 🔴 1 min Rest Give this beginner friendly workout a try and let us know what you think! If you are not a beginner, change this to an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) and see how many you can do in 30 minutes.
